Purpose
Your Parking Rights Unlocked provides free general information and self-help tools to help motorists understand parking notices, evidence, appeal routes and relevant sources. It is not a law firm and does not act for you, file documents for you, or create a solicitor-client relationship.
No guarantee of outcome
Parking and enforcement cases turn on facts, documents, dates, jurisdiction and changing law or codes. A checker result, template, community case or suggested argument is not a promise that a charge is invalid or that an appeal will succeed.
Deadlines
Always use the deadline printed on the actual notice, rejection, tribunal document, court form or enforcement notice and verify the applicable service rules. Calculators on this site are screening aids only. Court papers, Orders for Recovery and enforcement notices should never be ignored.
Your responsibility
You must check that every statement you submit is true and supported by your evidence. Where the document reader has extracted details, compare critical information such as the issuer, reference number, vehicle registration and dates with the original document before relying on it or paying for appeal preparation. Do not use the site to invent facts, falsely deny driving, alter evidence or make an untrue statutory declaration or witness statement.
Paid personalised first-stage appeal
The checker, general guidance, possible-ground assessment and court/enforcement information remain free. If you choose the personalised first-stage appeal service, the total price is £2.49 as a one-off payment. There is no subscription and we do not take a percentage of any amount you save.
The service consists of preparing appeal text from the checker results and the factual information you provide. Before Stripe Checkout opens, you must confirm that you have checked the details against the original parking document and separately request that the service starts immediately.
Cancellation and immediate performance
For a distance service contract, consumer cancellation rights may apply. Because this service is intended to be prepared immediately, we ask for your express request to begin performance during the 14-day cancellation period and your acknowledgement that, once the personalised appeal has been fully prepared and supplied, you lose the right to cancel simply because you changed your mind. If you cancel after asking us to start but before the service has been fully performed, the law may permit a proportionate charge for the service already supplied.
This does not affect statutory rights where a service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill, is not as described, or other consumer remedies apply.
How to cancel before full performance
If you have asked us to start the service immediately but the personalised appeal has not yet been fully prepared and supplied, you can tell us you wish to cancel by emailing support@yourparkingrightsunlocked.co.uk. You do not have to use a particular form. If you prefer, you may use the model wording below.

Payment and delivery
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. After Stripe confirms payment, the server verifies that the paid Checkout Session is for the £2.49 personalised first-stage appeal and is tied to the appeal details submitted at checkout. The completed appeal is then displayed for you to copy and use. Keep your Stripe payment confirmation and save or print these terms for your records.
If payment succeeds but the appeal cannot be supplied because of a technical failure, do not pay again. Contact us using the details above so the transaction can be investigated and the service supplied or an appropriate remedy arranged.
