Accessibility
The tools should work without perfect eyesight, a mouse, or a large screen.
Measures in this build
- Semantic headings, labels and fieldsets for form structure.
- A skip-to-content link and visible keyboard focus indicators.
- Keyboard-operable native form controls and buttons.
- Status/result regions use accessible live-region markup where appropriate.
- Responsive layouts for smaller screens.
- Reduced-motion preferences disable smooth scrolling/animation behaviour.
- Important information is not communicated by colour alone; status badges include text.
Known limitations
The site contains long, complex legal forms and has not yet undergone independent assistive-technology testing across all browser/screen-reader combinations. Third-party Turnstile rendering, when enabled, is also outside the site's direct markup control.
Report a problem
If a form cannot be completed using keyboard navigation, zoom, a screen reader or another assistive technology, please report the page, control and problem without including personal parking-case details.
